Lost connections and inept computer program

I have two major complaints with this game:
1. I continually get disconnected during the multiplayer version of the game. I can immediately relaunch the game but, in the second or two this takes, the automated computer has already made at least one play and, inevitably, its a dumb move that cost me the game. (See #2)

2. The automated computer (see above) is so poorly programmed and predictable that it is almost impossible NOT to beat it, even on the highest difficulty level Id estimate Ive be been able to shoot the moon approximately 90% of the time.

But the disconnection issue is the main reason for my low review. Ive emailed my complaint, but received only a generic "well pass this on to our programmers" reply and nothing seems to have changed.

"Aside from that, how did you enjoy the play, Mrs. Lincoln?"
